APPROACH: we began with thorough research to understand the brand’s audience composition and identify their primary interests. this helped us determine which channels to optimize and create a more effective content strategy. During the research phase, we discovered that the brand’s audience was predominantly women who were trying to conceive or were in the early stages of starting a family. To effectively target this demographic, we concentrated on three key areas:
1. Website - A comprehensive website overhaul involved optimizing all content, implementing layout enhancements, and introducing a dedicated page specifically for the podcast.
2. Social media - To expand Doc Jacque's social media reach, we diversified content to encompass broader topics such as diet, parenting, and lifestyle. By showcasing Doc Jacque's personal experiences as a father and husband, we aimed to establish deeper connections with his ideal audience. Additionally, we spotlighted testimonials and health transformation stories from existing clients to increase engagement and position Doc Jacque as an expert in the naturopathy space.
3. Podcast - To enhance podcast listenership, we analyzed previous episodes to identify top-performing topics and utilized insights from these episodes to create compelling new content. We also provided recommendations regarding episode length and format to optimize listener engagement and retention.
IMPACT: Through DATA-DRIVEN initiatives and strategic content development, we achieved remarkable growth across various platforms. on Instagram, we SAW an 80% increase in followers, coupled with a solid 104% surge in impressions, amplifying the brand's visibility and engagement. Furthermore, our efforts on YouTube yielded significant success, with a 74% increase in views and a substantial boost in watch time hours, indicative of heightened audience interest and interaction.
